PASTA NIGHT CHECKLIST

[ ] 3. Prepare your dough
    Use a trusted recipe; complete its kneading and resting steps.

[ ] 4. Check your setup
    Confirm mixer compatibility. Unplug before fitting or changing attachments.

[ ] 5. Roll, then cut
    Begin with the widest roller setting and progress gradually as your instructions direct.

[ ] 6. Have the sauce ready
    Follow your recipe for cooking, then bring the pasta straight to the table.

[ ] 7. Care for the set
    Unplug, remove the attachment, let residue dry, brush away and store dry.
