Three pieces, three separate jobs.

The NEVKU set has a dedicated roller, a fettuccine cutter and a spaghetti cutter. You fit one attachment at a time. Switch off and unplug the mixer before changing attachments, following both sets of instructions.

What does 3-in-1 mean?

A 3-in-1 attachment commonly combines rolling and two cutting functions in one housing. The way you select a function, prepare the sheet and clean the unit depends on the specific design. Check that product’s instructions before choosing it.

Can a roller attachment make penne or macaroni?

The NEVKU roller and cutters do not extrude tubes. If you want machine-extruded penne or macaroni, choose an extruder with the appropriate dies. If you want lasagna sheets, fettuccine or spaghetti from rolled dough, a roller-and-cutter set matches that method.

Choose for the way you cook.

Start with the shapes you enjoy. Then check your mixer model, what comes in the box, how the equipment is cleaned and where you will store it. A combined housing does not, by itself, establish better durability or better pasta.
