Roll your prepared dough into sheets, adjusting the thickness gradually. Use the sheets for lasagna or filled pasta, or continue with one of the cutters.

Does this set include a stand mixer?
No. This set contains three attachments, a cleaning brush and a recipe manual. You need a compatible stand mixer, purchased separately.
Does it mix or knead the dough?
The attachments roll and cut prepared dough. Make, knead and rest your dough according to your recipe before using the sheet roller.
Can I make lasagna or ravioli?
The roller makes sheets that you can use for lasagna or shape into filled pasta by hand. The two included cutters make fettuccine and spaghetti; there is no ravioli-forming attachment in this set.
Can the attachments go in the dishwasher?
No. Do not immerse the attachments in water. Let dough residue dry, brush it away and wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. See the care guide and the instructions supplied with your set.
