Will the set fit my stand mixer?
The attachments fit selected household stand mixers. See the compatibility guide for supported mixer families and exact models. Confirm your model in the current Amazon listing before ordering. Stand mixer sold separately.
What comes in the set?
A sheet roller, a fettuccine cutter and a spaghetti cutter, with a cleaning brush and recipe manual, presented in a foam-lined gift box. The sheet roller has eight thickness settings.
Can I put the attachments in the dishwasher?
No. Keep the attachments out of the dishwasher and do not immerse them in water. Let residual dough dry, brush it away and wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
Which thickness setting should I start with?
Start at the widest setting and reduce the thickness gradually as directed in your supplied instructions. Use those instructions to identify the correct dial positions and mixer speed.
Why are my pasta strands sticking together?
Dough moisture, sheet thickness and drying time can affect cutting. Pause and check the dough preparation against your recipe. Never try to clear a moving attachment; switch off and unplug the mixer first.
